Effective October 27, 2026
At Gueye & Company, strong client relationships begin with trust, clear communication, and a shared understanding of the work ahead.
As our firm grows, we are refining our application and onboarding process to better understand prospective clients, assess their needs, and establish clear expectations before each engagement.
1. Working With Gueye & Company
Our consulting services are available by application and acceptance only. We welcome applications from individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Each application is reviewed individually to assess the applicant’s goals, the scope of the proposed engagement, and our ability to provide appropriate support. Acceptance depends on alignment with our services, available capacity, and completion of any required verification.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or the availability of services. Our team will communicate next steps following its review.
2. Client Information and Verification
During the application and onboarding process, we may request information or documentation to confirm your identity, understand your business, and evaluate the services you are seeking.
For U.S. applicants, this may include:
Identity verification: Confirming the identity of the prospective client and relevant representatives.
Business verification: Confirming relevant company or organizational details.
Ownership information: Requesting relevant business ownership details, where appropriate.
Engagement details: Understanding the proposed project, its objectives, and the support requested.
Additional documentation: Requesting clarification or supporting records when needed.
Requirements will vary depending on the nature of the proposed engagement. Our team will explain what is needed and guide applicants through the process.
These steps help us prevent fraud, protect client relationships, and make informed decisions based on accurate information.
3. Privacy and Information Handling
We recognize the trust involved in sharing personal and business information.
Information provided during the application and onboarding process will be handled responsibly, with appropriate safeguards, and used for legitimate application review, verification, and engagement-related purposes.
Access to and retention of information will be managed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our privacy practices.
4. Engagement Agreements
Before services begin, clients will receive a written consulting agreement describing the scope of work, each party’s responsibilities, and the applicable engagement terms.
For U.S. engagements, our standard agreements generally designate courts located in New York City, New York, as the preferred forum for resolving disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The specific provisions governing applicable law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution will be set out in the relevant agreement for review before signing.
5. Effective Date and Existing Clients
This policy takes effect on October 27, 2026, and applies to new applications and new client engagements beginning on or after that date.
Existing engagements will remain subject to their current agreements unless amended by mutual written agreement or otherwise modified as permitted by those agreements and applicable law.
Prospective clients are expected to provide accurate, complete information and respond promptly to reasonable requests for clarification or documentation.
Our Commitment
Gueye & Company is committed to thoughtful work, honest communication, and lasting professional relationships.
These updates support a clear, consistent process—from initial application through engagement—so that every relationship begins with a sound understanding of the client’s needs and our responsibilities.
We appreciate your interest in Gueye & Company and look forward to working with individuals and organizations who share our commitment to meaningful work and responsible business practices.
